1. Feeding mechanism

The feeding mechanism includes a Guide frame, an Overfeeding device and a Cloth support.

In this step, you can control this machine in single pass or double pass with the four independent super-feeding wheels. Single pass and double pass mixed.

2. Steam humidification device

It consists of a steamer, a stainless steel ball valve, a steam separator and a trap.

3. Rolling mechanism

3.1 External supply of circulating heat transfer oil rolls, the heat transfer oil is input

output through the rotary joint mounted on the shaft end and exchanges heat. The surface temperature of the rolls is controlled by an electric three-way valve.

3.2 A pair of pressurized cylinders is mounted on the left and right shaft ends of the upper rolls, and the upper rolls are uniformly pressed against the fabric of the lower rolls during operation. The cylinder extends the limit bolt to adjust the cylinder stroke according to the thickness of the fabric.

3.3 There is a pair of gear transmission between the upper and lower rolls to ensure the synchronous operation of the upper and lower rolls to ensure no slippage between the upper and lower layers of the fabric.

3.4 After the fabric is wetted and passed through the surface of the heated roll, effective wetting and wrinkle reduction are obtained. The processed fabric obtained the effect of glossy gloss, smooth surface and stable door width.

4. Precision Folding Machine

The stacking mechanism is composed of a pair of reciprocating guide rollers, a presser bar, a lifting platform and a hydraulic system. The lifting movement of the lifting platform is controlled by hydraulic pressure, and the fabric is automatically lowered by a certain height by stacking a certain thickness of the fabric. After each cloth stack is completed, it can be automatically guided by the conveyor belt.


5. Drive Mechanism

The whole machine transmission part is driven by seven geared motors, and four super-feeding motors are controlled by one inverter. The other motors are controlled by one inverter, equipped with PLC programmable controller and touch screen operation.

The overfeed rate and the main speed are adjusted according to the process requirements.

6. Electrical Control

The electrical components are Taiwan Delta original inverter, Zhejiang Zhengtai, France Schneider low-voltage electrical appliances.
