1.Principle
Raw materials: wood pulp paper, chemical fiber fabric, plastic film, etc., coating and drying the coated chemicals for rewinding. The coating method is to emulsify through the wire mesh, or apply the adhesive on the quantitative surface, paint and other liquid or molten polymer materials.
It is mainly used for the coating of ATM film paper in ATM machine, thermosensitive paper used in supermarket and other aspects, the coating of heat recording paper in measurement system, and the coating of label paper and POS collection paper in commercial activities.
2.Process
unwinding roll → scrape-knife coating device → three drying ovens (four meters each drying oven) →scrape-knife coating device → four drying ovens (four meters each drying oven) → back wet device → 3-φ1350 debugging mode Cylinder dryer→two roll calender machines →level rewinding roll device, please see process flow diagram
